Chris Evans has been in Law Enforcement for over 20 years. During his time he was on patrol for 12 years and served in CID from 2013 to present. He has been in the SWAT Team for over 15 years, and is currently the SWAT Team assistant commander. Chris is a TCOLE instructor, and a TCOLE firearms instructor. He teaches all topics from use of
